11th (Friday) Visited the allotment.
12th (Saturday) Car crash, broken bones to left hand so out of "action" for a bit.

19th (Saturday) Visited the allotment. Harvested chillies, gathered remaining onions and garlic from the polytunnel.

21st (Monday) 2nd Xray on my left hand.

24th (Thursday) Visited the allotment, emptied the kitchen caddy into the compost bin.
25th (Friday) Christmas Day, no gardening today only watering houseplants.
26th (Saturday) Boxing Day, commenced a germination test on some Basil & Parsley seeds
27th (Sunday) Visited the allotment, emptied the kitchen caddy and did a quick inspection of my plot. Commenced sowing onions (Variety, Ailsae) and sown some Lamb's lettuce.
28th (Monday) Thick snow outside all day.
29th (Tuesday) 2nd day of snow. Checked on items in the greenhouse.
30th (Wednesday) Snow melting. Visited the allotment to deposit shredded paper & kitchen caddy contents into the compost bin. Broad bean Aquadulce Claudia sown last month have failed to germinate and so Bunyard's Exhibition has been sown today. Also sown onions; White Lisbon, Mammoth Improved, Ailsa Craig. Leeks; Musselburgh and Winner along with Cress.
