Mid November 2013

It has been a while since I kept this blog up to date but I am hopeful that before November has gone that I will be able to back track and bring everything up to the present.

Current Progress

27 December 2020 - although I began back in June 2017, creating the 52 weeks as set out by C.H.Middleton in his 1945 Dig On For Victory book, I've still a long way to go. I'm hoping to complete all the weeks before 2020 is out whilst interjecting with present day gardening and ideas mentioned in Mr Middleton's other books . Hopefully/eventually adding more views/ideas from gardeners of the past . At present I only have the bare bones filled in on most of the weeks, 10 weeks are complete, 7 weeks are partially completed and 35 weeks with just the brief task headings. Before January is through I'd like to have a quarter of the year complete. Thank You for reading, returning and putting up with me, Paul.

About Me

My photo
Mr Cooper
Living in the North-West of England I am attempting to grow as much produce as possible in my small 109 square meter allotment along with maintaining my postage stamp sized garden at home. Hopefully the harvests will aid somewhat in the feeding of my family of four, one of which follows a vegan diet . Finding time to accomplish all that I would like may not always be possible but from May 2017 I shall be aiming for at least a weekly update. The profile photograph is of my Grandfather whilst he was serving in the Manchester Regiment in France back in 1916 he returned back to Blighty back in 1917 and didn't live long enough to witness the Second World War that my father served in. I thank you for reading and hopefully you will return . Thank you, Paul
