Despite the rain in the morning by the time I awoke in the afternoon (I had been working a nightshift) there was actually signs of the sun . I had some errands to run but in the midst of them I found a fifteen minute window in which I managed to visit the allotment and took the opportunity to plant some Snowball Onion sets in to modules that I would keep in the yellow coldframe for now whilst the ground is still saturated.
